Low Temperature Torque Apparatus
ASTM D4693
The low-temperature torque tester for automotive wheel hub bearing grease is a specialized testing equipment designed based on the ASTM D4693 standard (low-temperature torque test method for automotive wheel hub bearing grease). Its core is used to simulate low-temperature environments (as low as -50 ℃), accurately control the temperature, and drive the standard wheel hub bearing to measure the starting torque (the torque required for the bearing to rotate from rest) and operating torque (the torque when the bearing rotates stably) of the grease, in order to quantitatively evaluate the low-temperature fluidity and lubrication performance of the grease.
Standards adopted:
ASTM D4693 is a low-temperature torque testing standard for automotive wheel hub bearing grease developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). Its full name is "Standard Test Method for Low-Temperature Torque of Grease-Lubricated Wheel Bearings". Its core is to simulate extreme low-temperature environments of -40 ℃ and below, use standard specifications of wheel hub bearings, pre treat and break in the bearings for temperature control and insulation, and then drive the bearings at specific speeds to measure their starting torque (maximum resistance at static and dynamic moments) and operating torque (average resistance after stable rotation), in order to quantitatively evaluate the low-temperature fluidity and lubrication performance of the grease.
Features:
Standard internal and external tapered roller bearings, LM67010-LM67048 and LM11949
Microcomputer temperature controller, temperature control range from room temperature to -50 ℃
PT100 temperature sensor with high collection accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃
Imported compressor cascade refrigeration with low noise.
The transmission motor adopts a high-speed ratio of 1740/1, which can maintain a stable speed.
The low-temperature box adopts special materials for insulation, and there is no temperature influence from the outside.
Digital display of torque value.
The loading spring can withstand a pressure of 500N and is equipped with a pressure calibration device.
Digital display of working hours and alarm.
A set of standard grease dispensers.
