Borderline Pumping Temperature Tester of Engine Oil
This Engine Oil Borderline Pumping Temperature Tester is based on the principle of a micro rotary viscometer and fully complies with the requirements of ASTM D4684 and ASTM D3829 standards. The whole machine has the ability of automated operation and precise temperature control. This instrument is mainly suitable for evaluating the low-temperature pumping performance of multi-stage engine oil, and can be used for oil formulation research and development, factory quality control, and third-party laboratory compliance testing. It is a high-precision testing equipment specifically designed to determine whether the oil can still be pumped normally after long-term low-temperature standing.
Working Principle:
Essentially a Mini-rotary viscometer (MRV), it simulates the entire process of engine oil undergoing long-term low-temperature static storage in the oil pan → slow cooling → low-shear pumping.
