ASTM D2872 Rolling Thin Film Oven
Rolling Thin Film Oven is a specialized equipment used to evaluate the aging performance of asphalt under thermal oxidation conditions. It mainly simulates the aging process of asphalt caused by high temperature, rotation, and forced ventilation contact during construction, measures the indicators of the sample after aging, and evaluates its aging stability. The equipment is widely used in asphalt production quality control, road engineering material selection, and scientific research fields, and is the mainstream equipment for testing the thermal oxidation aging performance of asphalt.
Structure:
This Rolling Thin Film Oven consists of an oven chamber, a turntable rotating mechanism, a fan stirring motor and an electrical control unit. Eight shrink bottles can be placed on the turntable at the same time. The internal temperature is automatically controlled by a digital display temperature controller.
Features:
1.Digital display temperature controller automatically controls temperature, accurate measurement with error function.
2.There is a forced ventilation layer, through a closed fan, to provide air to the lower heat source, so that the inner tank temperature is more uniform.
3.The fully controlled heating element ensures high speed response and low loss of heat conduction and radiation.
4.There is a preheated copper tube in the inner liner, which is supplied by the air machine in the box through the flow meter.
5.Variable speed motor ensures rotary speed, light transmission and low noise.
6.The inner tank of the chamber is stainless steel, and the shell is sprayed with plastic, which is beautiful and generous.
7.Re-constant temperature to 163 ℃ within 10 minutes after closing the door.
8.Rolling Thin Film Oven is equipped with a timing device, which automatically cuts off the power supply after the aging time to prevent excessive aging.
