Atomatic PMCC Flash Point Tester
The Pensky-Martens Closed Cup flash point tester is a professional equipment designed according to the standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials, used to determine the flash point of liquids such as petroleum products and biodiesel in a closed environment to assess the risk of flammability. The equipment mainly consists of brass test cups, heating systems, stirring devices, and electronic igniters, which are widely used in the fields of petrochemicals, energy, transportation, etc., providing key data for product quality control, transportation and storage safety classification, and new fuel research and development.
Working principle:
After the sample of the closed cup flash point tester is injected into the test cup, the heating system heats up at a specific rate, and the stirring device uniformly mixes the liquid at the specified speed to ensure consistent temperature distribution. When the temperature approaches the expected flash point, the electronic igniter periodically releases electric sparks into the vapor space at the top of the test cup, and the flash phenomenon is observed through a photosensitive sensor or manually.

The Pensky-Martens closed cup flash point tester adopts a high-precision flash point detector to detect the flash point. The flash point detector cannot touch the sample, the response time is short and the sensitivity is high.
The digital module detects atmospheric pressure automatically,the test result is automatically compensated to the correct atmospheric pressure.
After the end of the test, forced air cooling to shorten the waiting time.
The closed cup flash point tester is equipped with a self -diagnostic system and reminder function, which can store 256 groups of test results.
With the setting function of time, date and week
With temperature limit function, reach the limit temperature the instrument automatically stop the test and prompt.
After the end of the test, the test number and results will be automatically saved and printed.
