Open Cup Flash Point Tester
The GD-KS102 automatic open flash point tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T3536 and ASTM D92 standards. This instrument has a high degree of automation, capable of automatic lifting, automatic temperature control, automatic ignition, automatic measurement, automatic printing, intelligent flame holding, and automatic forced cooling.

Standard:
ASTM D92 is a standard method developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) for determining the flash point and ignition point of liquids using the Cleveland Open Cup method. It is mainly used to evaluate the flammability characteristics of flammable liquids such as petroleum products, lubricants, and fuel oils, providing key technical basis for industrial safety, product quality control, and transportation and storage specifications.

5. Adopting a gas electric integrated ignition head, electric ignition and gas ignition can be freely switched by software control without the need to replace any hardware.
6. Fully automatic rotating lifting arm, lifting, scanning, detecting, and printing data are automatically completed.
7. The forced cooling system quickly cools down the heating system, and the next test can be conducted within 10 minutes.
8. The silicon nitride ignition head automatically ignites without the need for manual use of an ignition gun.
