ISO 4406 NAS1638 Liquid Particle Counter
Introduction:
The Liquid Particle Counter is an upgraded product based on our old liquid particle counter, it is designed and made according to GB/T 18854-2002, ISO11171-1999, etc. It adopts the principle of light blockage counting, which is in full compliance with the corresponding national military standards, national standards and international standards. It can provide fast, accurate, reliable and repeatable test results and complete pollution monitoring analysis report, which is suitable for the detection of particle pollution degree of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, anti-fuel oil, insulating oil and turbine oil. The liquid particle counter can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
Features:
1. The liquid particle counter adopts the principle of light block counting formulated by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee.
2. It adopts the high-precision laser sensor, wide test range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution.
3. It adopts the high-pressure injection pump sampling method, the sampling volume can be set by yourself, the sampling speed is stable, and the sampling accuracy is high.
4. The sample injection system combined with positive and negative pressure can realize sample degassing, which is suitable for inspections of the samples with different viscosities.
5. The built-in pressure sensor can set the pressure value and automatically judge the air pressure in the cabin to ensure safety.
6. Built-in air purification system to ensure that the test is not polluted.
7. Built-in multiple calibration curves, compatible with all common domestic and international standards for calibration.
8. Built-in GJB420A, GJB-420B, NAS1638 (AS4059F differential, DL/T432), ISO4406 (GB/T14039), SAE4059E and ГOCT17216-71 and many other commonly used standards, it also supports custom standard testing, and can set the required standards according to customer needs.
9. Built-in data analysis system, one test can give the test data and pollution degree of all standards.
10. Built-in viscosity, moisture and temperature sensor modules can provide viscosity, moisture content saturation and ppm value and temperature reference value (Optional) while accurately testing particle distribution.
11. The particle size can be set arbitrarily, with nearly 10,000 particle sizes built-in, which is convenient for particle size analysis.
12. It can use a variety of sampling containers such as standard sampling bottles or sampling cups to meet the testing requirements of different industries.
13. Full-function automatic color touch screen operation, support Chinese and English dual interface, simple and convenient operation.
14. It can perform single-channel and multi-channel calibration and realize automatic calibration function.
15. With RS232 interface, it can be connected to a computer or laboratory platform for data processing.
16. With the function of mass data storage and printing, it can store 1000 sets of data and supports U disk storage of data.
