ISO 4406 Portable Oil Particle Counter
Introduction:
The ISO 4406 Portable Oil Particle Counter is designed to measure the particles’ size and quantity in oil liquid. It is suitable for tests of pollution degree of solid particles in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, fire resistant oil, insulating oil, turbine oil, organic liquid and polymer solution, etc. So the oil particle counter is widely applied in aviation, spaceflight, electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and many other fields.
Features:
1. The photoresistance (shading) method test principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee.
2. The portable liquid partcle counter adopts the high-precision laser sensor, wide test range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution.
3. High-precision metering pump sampling method, adjustable sampling speed, high sampling volume accuracy.
4. The pipeline uses 316L and PTFE materials to meet the detection of various organic solvents and oil products.
5. For laboratory or field measurement, optional pressure reducing device for online high pressure measurement.
6. It can be connected to the pressure chamber to form positive / negative pressure to achieve the detection of high viscosity samples and sample degassing.
7. It can use standard sampling bottles, sampling cups and other sampling containers, or directly connect to the hydraulic system for online testing to meet the testing requirements of different industries.
8. Built-in multiple calibration curves, compatible with all common standards at home and abroad for calibration.
9. Built-in GJB-420A, GJB-420B, NAS1638, ISO4406, SAE4059E, and ГOCT17216 and other commonly used standards, support custom standard tests, and set the required standards according to customer needs.
10. 1000 particle size channels can be set to facilitate particle size analysis.
11. Built-in data analysis system, can automatically determine the sample level according to the standard, with automatic data processing and printing functions.
12. Color touch screen operation, Chinese input, with preset, input, modification, storage functions, easy and fast operation.
13. With RS232 interface, it can be connected to a computer or laboratory platform for data processing, and USB can also be used for data storage.
14. Built-in lithium battery, suitable for field work, can be used without external power supply.
