Online Particle Counter
The online particle counter is a fixed precision detection equipment that can perform uninterrupted online real-time monitoring of fluid media without the need for manual supervision after installation. This particle counter has been widely used for monitoring hydraulic oil and lubricating oil pollution, as well as in many fields such as industrial water supply and semiconductor production. The online particle counter follows the specifications of the International Hydraulic Standards Committee and adopts the Light Obscuration Method as the core particle counting principle.
The oil online particle counter is equipped with high-precision laser sensing components, which have the characteristics of wide testing range, stable operating performance, low operating noise, and high resolution accuracy.
Multiple internationally recognized industry standards such as NAS1638, GB/T14039, ISO4406, SAE4059E are preset at the factory, and various standard testing data can be synchronously output in a single test.
Equipped with an intelligent data analysis module, it can automatically assess the pollution level of samples based on corresponding standards and support long-term online continuous monitoring; Equipped with a warning mechanism, it can independently customize the alarm parameters for each standard level and particle size channel.
The online particle counter is equipped with multiple preset calibration curves, which can adapt to various international mainstream industry standards to complete calibration work.
The device supports a fully automatic online detection mode with no one on duty around the clock, and the detection cycle interval can be freely customized according to actual usage needs.
The liquid online particle counter is equipped with multiple communication ports including RS232, RS485, and USB, which can be used to interface with computers, laboratory testing platforms, and industrial fieldbus systems.
