GD-H1023 ASTM D217 Lubricating Grease Shear Tester
Main Features:
◆ Horizontal single-capacitor start induction motor. Connected to the turbine reducer via a coupling. ◆ Star-shaped elastic coupling is used to connect the reducer to the motor.
◆ Dual output shaft reducer. The transmission ratio is 25:1, with a pair of eccentric mechanisms installed on the turbine shafts at both ends of the reducer.
◆ Mounted on the machine seats on both sides of the reducer, driven by the motor through the coupling and the eccentric mechanism of the reducer, it works continuously with an action of about 60 times per minute.
◆ The time relay, when equipped with a fluctuation switch, can arbitrarily set a number (time), and when the number reaches the set value, it can actuate the relay to cut off the motor power supply.
◆ It has environmental temperature monitoring functionality, and will give a prompt if the test temperature range exceeds 15-30℃;
◆ Color LCD touch screen operation, displaying rotation speed, temperature, and shear number;
◆ The computer monitors the motor temperature and torque parameters in real time to protect the motor.
