Instrument Design:
1.Dual-Layer Bath Design
The instrument's temperature-controlled bath is of a dual-layer construction. It consists of an inner hardened glass cylinder with dimensions φ300×300mm and an outer synthetic glass cylinder measuring φ360×285mm.
2.Viewing System
An internal lamp is installed for clear visibility of the capillary viscometer's readings.
3.Temperature Control System
(1) Sensor: Platinum resistance; Pt100;
(2) Controller: A digital and intelligent device capable of displaying four-digit readings on dual LEDs. It offers rapid temperature control with quick response and minimal overshoot, with an accuracy of ±0.1℃.
