Automatic Potential Titrator for Various Ingredients with Multiple Titration Modes
Introduction
ZDJ-4B automatic potentiometric titrator is a laboratory analytical instrument with high analytical accuracy. It is mainly used for chemical analysis of various components in colleges and universities, scientific research institutions, petrochemical industry, pharmaceuticals, drug testing, metallurgy and other industries.
Titration
ZDJ-4B automatic potentiometric titrator offers a comprehensive range of titration modes, including repeat last titration, pre-titration, preset endpoint titration, pattern titration, manual titration, blank titration, and more. It is capable of supporting titration of samples with up to 5 endpoints. Upon initialising the instrument, please press the "Titration" key, which will result in the following display. The user should then move the highlight bar to the corresponding titration mode and press the "Confirm" key to select and start the titration.
Manual titration mode
The manual titration mode allows the user to add the required quantity manually, assess the potential stability after adding, and decide whether to add again.
To begin the manual titration process, press the "Titration" key to select this mode and confirm your selection.
The manual titration mode is comparable to the pre-titration mode. The manual titration mode includes the following parameters:
- Titration type
- Control parameters of up to 5 endpoints, including:
- Endpoint jump level
- Endpoint jump amount
- Pre-addition volume
- End volume
- Next addition volume
- Titrant concentration
- Sample volume
- Stirring speed
The user can then use the arrow keys to move the highlight bar to the corresponding parameter item and press the "Set" key to change the parameter item or modify the parameter value. Once the modification is complete, the user should press the "Confirm" key, after which the instrument will automatically start pre-titration.
Technical Features
1. The instrument incorporates the latest microprocessor technology, which enables the user to view the relevant test methods, titration curves and measurement results in real time. Intuitive user interface, making it simple to operate.
2. Offering a variety of titration modes, including pre-titration, preset endpoint titration, blank titration and manual titration. Once the titration is complete, the user has the option to generate a special titration mode, which broadens the scope of the instrument's applications. The instrument is capable of performing a variety of titrations with different electrodes, including acid-base, redox, precipitation, complex, non-aqueous, and other titrations, as well as pH measurements.
3. Features an integrated valve burette design, offering users convenient replacement and reducing the mutual interference problem of using different solutions in different titrations.
4. Features an enhanced transmission system that has significantly reduced the overall size and noise levels. The stirring system employs PWM modulation technology and software-based speed regulation.
5. Constructed from materials resistant to perchloric acid corrosion and is capable of performing non-aqueous titration.
6. Equipped with a power-off protection feature. Once the instrument has been powered down at the end of a session or in the event of an unexpected power outage, any stored measurement data and settings will remain intact.
7. Equipped with a USB interface, allowing for seamless connection to a PC and control via a dedicated titration software. This software enables users to view the titration curve and its derivatives in real-time on their computers, facilitating convenient editing and modification of the titration mode and tallying of results.
8. Designed to align with GLP standards and offers storage of up to 200 sets of titration results.
9. The instrument has the capacity to store one set of titration curves.
10. Compatible with firmware upgrades, allowing users to expand its functionality and tailor it to their specific requirements.
